Technical and safety training
Safety depends on the machines used but also on the people who use them.
If one knows how to operate a machine, unnecessary risks can be avoided. With our training courses we want to improve the skills, safety awareness and efficiency of your employees.
Besides, legislation holds the employer responsible for giving adequate training to its employees when they have to operate machines (KB 04/05/1999 art 14 - Codex, titel I, hoofdstuk III).
ROB Rent organises training for operating:
- Aerial work platforms and scissor lifts
- Standard and rotating telehandlers
- Fork-lift trucks
- Rolling bridges (only in Ghent or on-site)
- Working at height: rolling scaffolds (module 1+2)
The training courses can be given within your company, on-site or in one of our establishments in Ghent, Londerzeel or Namur. Our centres are equipped with classrooms for theory and practical exercises and dispose of the required equipment and educational material.
The courses are given by experienced in-house trainers who follow refresher courses at regular intervals. Thanks to the good relations with our suppliers, they have up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and legal regulations.
After the theoretical training and after having passed the practical test, you will be given a certificate with a validity of 5 years.
